Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground unless other arrangements have been made. We ship via Federal Express Ground (no signature required) and therefore not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if we get FedEx delivery confirmation. For additional security a FedEx signature requirement upon delivery may be requested when placing orders.
International Shipping
International shipments will be shipped DHL or Federal Express or may be shipped UPS if requested. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties or import fees once the package leaves our warehouse.
Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. All customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged or sold to any third party. Customers have the right to request copies of their own account records in our database and access this information at any time.
Returns & Replacements
Since our items are special order merchandise all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact customer service for an RMA before retuning merchandise.
